When deploying the ghost if I do not follow it down with the cord it will slam hard. Curious if this is normal.

Sounds like your lift assist gas shock is bad.

When the lift assist shock goes bad sometimes it breaks the crutch so you may need both!

I need to call Lowrance Monday, when deploying my Ghost the cylinder doesn't seem to have any effect, at least not like the one my Fortrex.
