It appears to simply be custom pvc cable sleeve. I imagine it is readily available in both round & oval shapes…..he could simply cut it & dull any sharp edges w/ 150g sandpaper for a DIY project.

Did you call and ask ranger about them? They may sell them.
I found out that He has gone through Tracker Marine & a rep through Ranger through email with no response. I just talked to him and he admitted he needs to do more work on getting hold of someone through Ranger and get a answer. I will post when I hear something, thanks for the input. Well we found out through a lady at the parts department @ Ranger that the sleeve is available through Ranger and the part is on the way. Thanks for any help.
