Sorry I missed the other thread on this before starting this one.
This is their death warrant.
A lot of bullet point talking points... Minium wage has been around for 85 years. Wisconsin is 7.25 hour. Employment is at a record.
People pay $8-10 for shitty trendy coffee and wait in line forever to do so, I'm thinking Wendy's will be fine.
Back in the day, surge pricing was called gouging.

Consumers will decide that ideas fate.
If the surge pricing format consists of the same current pricing during peak times, but offered discounts during off peak times, to entice business that would be nice. But I figure they will offer their same normal pricing during off peak times, and raise prices during peak times. I rarely eat out, because of the expense, the food quality, and the bad nutrition. I wouldn't eat out more frequently if they cut prices 50% across the board, so I don't really care what they do.
Surge cola was fantastic. Mix that with an adderall and ephedrine and you can party for days!
I'm surprised at all the negative feedback on here. This is capitalism. Let the market decide what prices it will bear. Surge pricing is supply and demand working perfectly.
As long the prices are not way higher during high demand periods, I think it might be ok.
Aren't all prices surging?
