Duck Fat Spray

I recently saw this product used and had never seen it before. Has anyone here used it and does it make a difference, especially grilling. I was watching a video of some cooking wings on a charcoal Weber and they sprayed the wings prior to applying the dry rub.

I have not used it, but I know people that have, I don’t think it does anything more than than olive oil when it comes to chicken wings. It may be worth your time on a brisket, but I’m not even sure about that, as beef tallow seems to be better than anything I’ve heard of. I don’t think it would make a bit of difference on chicken wings vs other oils.
