With only .50 cents an hour labor it’s not that bad.

Quality craftsmanship...attention to detail...strict quality control...pride in workmanship...it's obvious that they are most interested in producing a high quality product...that is good to see

God bless those hook installers. I’d have to rotate to other departments to allow my hands to heal every few days, lol

That's not a crappy Chinese lure maker. Duo is a premium Japanese lure company, doubt their labor standards differ from their national standards.
And that is some very skilled labor, they have a reputation to uphold. Doubt it even pays minimum wage.

I think the jerk baits will still be a player with FFS
There’s no use being stupid if you’re not willing to show it off.

    Yep... had the same thought.

Figured if there were any significant number of workplace injuries, that most probably occured in that department.

On a side note... I wonder if they prefer Xuron or Texas Tackle?

If you you think that’s a lot of work you should see how much goes into making wood baits. Those are a piece of cake compared to wood baits.

I saw a video of how strike king crankbaits are made. They were all using xuron pliers to put split rings and hooks on.
