Boat EFX Booma step with Tricksteps

Has anyone used the booma step with tricksteps?

It doesn't look like trickstep has a comparable product. I am surprised, maybe the market is just not there?

I’m curious how far that tongue will swing without hitting anything.

My Skeeter FXR has a large square step on the tongue and I use this often when loading the boat and attaching the strap. I too have the trick step and they compliment each other nicely

Be careful with the Booma step as you may will loose the ability to fold back your trailer tounge flush against the trailer frame.

On a Rangertrail, it hits the trailer tounge stand but it will bend at least 90 degrees but not flush to frame. I am debating cutting off the port-side "wing"to get a more flush fit (If it sticks out, you can almost count on my wife hitting it)

What color is that? The color combos online on my computer look much different than that?

My Skeeters have always had a large step pad there, but, honestly, I don’t have a problem stepping on my tongue (I did put some step grip tape on it though as a wet tongue can be slippery).

Charcoal with Black - agree I had to look at other pictures online to see what it really looked like.

The EFX Booma Step helps this ole man with loading and unloading. A real plus with balance challenges as you age. Even the youngins like the step after seeing mine.

Just ordered the booma step to go with my BoatEFX steps for my Phoenix. They started a 10% off sale yesterday and I pulled the trigger. Love their steps!

I went to their website and didn’t see a 10% off sale. Must have been a one day sale.

I got a sizable gift card for a product test I did this fall and was trying to find a 3 step system last night that was affordable, unsuccessfully. I just cant see spending $500 + for one of these.
