MeTV plays 3 hours of the old ones on Sat mornings. 7 eastern. Popeye, Tom & Jerry, and the old looney tunes. I love the older ones from the 40’s and 50’s.

I was camped in front of our 3 channel TV every Saturday morning watching these cartoons. Unless I was fishing or rabbit hunting with dad.

Loved spending Saturday morning parked in front of the TV.
So much violence back in those days, hahaha!

I watched a lot of looney tunes and heckle and jeckle when I worked the overnight shift . It amazes me how the old cartoons are deemed too violent and yet...the video games are far worse for violent content. The generations of looney tunes and the Three Stooges were never violent as today's youth.
