    I have the Pro XL at 19'5". I had a 175 Suzy DF and went to a 200 DF. What ever maximum HP the hull is rated for is the horsepower you will be happiest with.

    I put a 150 on a stratos 285 XL. Lost about 5 mph but saving gas and better reliability. Im happy
    I don't always find schooling fish but when I do I backlash on the first cast
