You could probably email Shimano to get the bearing size, and yes, you'll likely need a pin removal tool.

For a total weight A-Rig that is less than 1.5 oz...you don't need to spend more than $200 on any reel of your choosing. Find one that you like for line capacity, weight, ergos, gear ratio/IPTs, and that has the frame structure and robust gearing and drag to complete your task.

    Good luck.

I ran across a Curodo 200 K 7.4:1 today new at a tackle store . These are discontinued now to make way for the Curodo M series. He gave me a decent marked down price so ill be trying it in the morn. thanks for all you guys help .
One question on the curodo . should I go ahead and engage all 4 brake blocks for tossing that A-rig?

There was a post not long ago on how to set up this type/generation braking system. FWIW, I would start with 2-3 internal brakes and then fine tune with the external settings and cast control cap.

Good luck and congrats on the new Shimano.

thanks . I ended up with two internals and brake setting on 3 dialed in C controll . it sends that a rig sailing. very sweet reel . I appreciate everyone's advice.
