    Atlas Jackplate Wiring Question

    I'm finishing up a wiring project on my 2019 Phoenix 921 ProXP w/250 4XS. I'm trying to limit the number of connections on the starting battery and was wondering if I can wire the Atlas Jackplate to the Main Power Circuit instead of directly to the battery?

    My local boat dealer installs the wire harness Under the motor cowellon. Only the wires to the dimmer switch and the jack plate itself travel in the harness. they connect to the hot wire on the motor and ground with a fuse.
