Y CABLE QUESTION

I just purchased a new Helix 9 (Gen 4) has Mega SI and DI+ to replace the 997 I was using at my con. I had a Y cable that connected my SI transducer on the back of the boat to a thru hull transducer (for depth readings when I was on plane) that went up to the 997. Can I still use that Y cable with the new Helix unit? It looks like there are more pins in the connector.

You need the current Y cable 9 M SIDB Y which has 6 pins in the unit plug. That is because newer units have real Down Imaging and need the extra circuit.
You have the AS SIDB Y cable (5-pins) that has been discontinued since the Helix MEGA SI models came out.
