I do a mix of whole beans from the store, usually half columbian and half darker roast.

when I want to change it up I'll buy coffee and chicory and drink that for a week or two.

8 o'clock bean is what I've used for years.

I grind my coffee beans. The grocery stores are not very good at stocking whole bean coffee so I jump around on brands. Starbucks mostly from the local Walmart Market but lately I've turned to Amazon as a more consistent source. Right now, I'm drinking Copper Moon Sumatra and it's pretty good. I tried some of the Costco whole bean choices but they were okay but lacked any complex flavors like some others. I like a dark roast but not French Roast, which tastes burnt to me.
