    EXDCR HOOK REVERL 50/200 HDI

    Hi
I am new to lowrance and some of the transducer and the way the add words the unit.
I ordered the triple shot on a hook 7 , the unit did not work , sent it back got the hook reveal 9ss , triple shot was out of stock so I selected the wide angle high chirp sonar + down scan
This in the label on the transducer.
    EXDCR HOOK REVERL
    50/200 HDI
do I select (split shot ) for the transducer ? Or pick an hdi one ? From the units selection list.
    Thanks

You pick the transducer you have, the 50/200-HDI (also called low/high-HDI).

That transducer is far from «wide angle» though. It has a narrow cone designed for fishing in deeper water than the typical bass-guys. Typically you would want the 83/200-HDI for such use.

HDI L/H-9 would be correct. (L for Low, based around 50kHz. H for High, based around 200kHz.)
