    Super Bowl Ribs on the Ninja Woodfire

    225 for five hours on smoke setting. Seasoned and sprayed with apple juice every 30 minutes or so. Quick hit of BBQ sauce at the end. Bark was crazy. Meat was just a tad drier than I like but the wife loves them that way.
