    Easy Fast meals for dinner?

As a 57 year old bachelor I only cook for myself and I am defiantly not a chef. I cook fish fairly often but need to expand my dinner meals. I am hoping to get a few more ideas for Meals that can be prepared inside of 30 minutes.

    I'm open for ideas .

    Thanks guys.

If you dont have either of these go out now and get them. Air Fryer and Instapot.

    Spaghetti 20 minutes
    Italian bread pizza 15 minutes
Buying a pre-cooked chicken from your local grocery store opens a lot of stuff
    Chicken alfredo 25 minutes
Chicken dinner with mash potatoes, gravy, biscuit and even stuffing can take less than 30 minutes
    Chicken and rice 20 minutes

Hard to cook for one without having leftovers

BBQ meats for multiple batches. You can freeze and reheat on the stove top on low with a lid to reheat, not burn or turn into rubber like when cooked in a microwave.

If you like burgers you can buy pre packaged patties or buy burger meat when on sale in bulk and freeze patties. I buy the frozen packs of patties at Costco and buy their burger buns there as well. I save a lot of money that way. Nothing beats fresh cooked foods though.

are you wanting to eat like a king or n a budget. That’s what makes a big difference in what and how you eat.

As mentioned above, whole rotisserie chickens last a couple days and it’s hard to beat Costco’s price on those as well.

Not a healthy meal but it can be a bit tasty. Slice a few hotdogs so they open like a submarine bun. Lay in some cheese and bacon then bake or broil. Just something different.

Anyone ever cook Tator tots in a pan on the stove top? I’ll do that every now and then instead of cleaning and cutting up country style potatoes. I’ll also do this when the A/C is running so I don’t heat the house with an oven.

Ill also add that having a vac sealer saves a ton. As mentioned its hard to cook for one without eating until you are sick of it. Vac seal that stuff and throw in the freezer. Makes reheating easy and fast.

Make up a couple if pounds of taco meat. You can have it several different dishes. Super fast and easy. Buy a bottle of Hardcore Carnivore Tex Mex powder as the seasonING. A bottle will last you months.

What I did was make a bun a bunch of something and eat it several days. Stew in a crock pot, eat for days.

I got to costco and get a pack of strip steaks, cut them in half and vac seal most of them. fire the grill up outside and cook them for a couple minutes a side. quick side salad out of the fridge and a little slab of steak that doesnt cost much or take much skill to sear up quickly.

I will smoke a butt and vacuum seal left overs. We can make sandwiches, tacos or dips in 30 minutes.

When I was single I shot a lot of deer and ate a pile of venison. Probably wasn't the best for me but grilling meat was easy. I always just did 3 ingredient meals. A protein, a vegetable and rice/potato/bread. Not much to mess up and usually pretty quick.
