    Hotels in Plattsburgh area

I'm coming up for the Toyota series on Champlain in July and from browsing online not sure which hotels have adequate parking (and electrical hookups) for boats or if any of these are located in questionable areas. Can someone with some local knowledge point me in the right direction?

Stayed at the Days Inn a few years ago. It has been redone and is super nice and great price. Outlets outside for boats and lots of parking. Join Wyndam Rewards and you save even more money

I would stay away from the super 8 on rt.9 .
I had a horrible stay there.

As you will find out there are no great places to stay in Plattsburgh

Micro and Days are about the best but I bet if try to book a room for your dates they are already sold out

I've stayed at Rip Van Winkle couple times, it was decent, get a cabin if you do. Nothing special. Definitely not the Super 8 worst place I've stayed anywhere.

Should have asked at the same time. But thoughts on Massena hotels for the St Lawrence tournament. Only see 3-4 in the whole town. Only one that appears to have outside rooms, electrical assess is Econo Lodge?

We used to stay at the EconoLodge 3-4times a year to visit family who lives 10min from there. Not the fanciest place, but very clean and rooms are surprisingly big huge. It’s one of the most common hotels to stay during a tournament because it’s far enough outside of the town with plenty of room to maneuver a boat around.
