Question about Ultrex Quest

My son bought me a Quest Ultrex for Christmas, it's the MSI/MR 45. Will this give me depth on my Mega Live and 360 or do I need the chirp t/d to get depth?

The MSI Quest Transducer does SI/DI/2D when connected to a supported Humminbird unit, and it does have depth and water temp.

The MSI transducer does HW CHIRP 2D sonar, 455/800/1200 kHz Down Imaging, and 455/800/1200 kHz Side Imaging.

You have to have the correct adaptor which should have been in the box and you have to have a Gen3 or higher for it to work

My bow unit is a Gen 2 and it works just fine, it even displays the controls for the tm
