Bachelor Party Charter - Rochester

Any recommendations for a charter near Rochester? I'm trying to plan a bachelor party for my brother who loves fishing. Currently thinking something on Lake Ontario. Any recommendations are appreciated!

I have been out with Matt French twice and both times a blast. Lots of salmon of all sizes including the big boys. He has a 1st mate and runs multiple rods and systems. Depending on the time of the year he's runs out of Olcott in the spring and Rochester in the summer. He has a 31' boat so lots of room.
