    Garmin Force

I have a 2014 175 TXW and I'm thinking of getting a Garmin Force. Does anybody know if the factory Dowco cover will work with the Force?

I put a force on my Targa V19 and it fits. It does require the cover is shifted forward slightly on my boat which reduces how much it covers over the sides in the area the gunnel straightens out, just in front of the windshield. Cover is about 1 1/2" below the rub rail vs. what it would be if pulled rearward another couple inches. Had it covered all winter and have checked it repeatedly and it has not ridden up above the rub rail.

There is a Minn Kota quick release slider plate that works with the Garmin. I've seen a couple people utilize it to slide their TM rearward for travel, boat loading and unloading to prevent it hitting the roller when unloading from the trailer on steep boat ramps, etc. If I had it to again, I would likely add one to gain that couple inches and have the cover fit slightly better.
