No cage. Ran into 6 Great Whites off Monterey coast around 50 years ago. One was a big one.
I see some offered in Jupiter Florida. Any members from there that know anything about it?

5 were offshore on the surface the big one came in right on top of us. My buddies first/ last ocean dive. Dove the California coast for about 5 years in a club. Only time any one in the club saw them. Same beach is the closest the Monterey trench comes to the coast. Did a 90 foot deep dive at same beach.
My simple answer is you can do it after I’m dead.

I have done it while in Hawaii. Don't let the cage fool you. They can get inside the cage. The cage I was in floated on the surface with about 2 ft of it above the surface. Well one jumped in a feeding frenzy an got in the cage. I wasnt bit but could have been bad. I seen its teeth closer then i cared for.
Happy I did it the last day in Hawaii cause I never got back in the water the rest of the day
