Pretty sure this has been discussed on here before but I finally tried the ol' peanut butter and pickle sandwich. I used bread and butter pickles and it was actually pretty darn good!
I love hot sauce and tons of stuff mixed but for sure mixed with mayo and also tarter sauce but I don't think that's very strange.
Give us some to try, what are you favorite weird parings?

Cottage cheese and shrimp and Season-all. Blackened salmon with King Syrup before it's seared.
Cold spam slices with potato salad, or Cream and Bread, a little cream pour on a slice of bread on a plate sprinkled with white/brown sugar cut and eat with a fork, boiled potatoes smashed with my fork add butter on top then a layer of van camp’s pork and beans….
Forgot I do like cottage cheese and spaghetti mixed. Wife likes cottage cheese and ketchup which I always thought was strange but sort of the same thing.
In this part of the world at least, chili and cinnamon rolls.

It's been years since I've had one but I used to love bologna and potato salad sandwiches.
I used to put ketchup on saltine crackers when I was a kid. Loved them. In fact I'm heading to the kitchen now to relive my youth.
Cream Pea's over toast or bread.
Ice cream used as a dip for potato chips. The sweet and salty is very good together.

Toasted PB and bacon was weird when I discovered them as a kid but 50+ years later that combo became a thing for burgers and other stuff. My wife still thinks it's weird.

I like to dip popcorn in mustard.
Peanut butter and jelly pizza is also pretty darn tasty.
we had a guy work for us years and he eat a ham sandwich with nacho Doritos and oreos dipped in french onion dip and wash it down with diet Pepsi..
Boiled unmashed potatoes with salt pepper and Miracle Whip.
Banana and mayo sandwich.
Warm cornbread with butter and white Karo corn syrup poured over the top.
M&M's and popcorn together at the movies.
Arby's horseradish sauce on French fries.
Honey on French fries.
