I’ve got a Helix 9 DI G2n unit that will come on for about 30 seconds and then repeatedly cut itself on and off until it’s unplugged. It will not stay on long enough to update the software. I’ve tried it on the power sources for my other two units and a different boat and it does the same thing. It’s out of warranty, so I’m more than likely gonna have to send it to the service center. Before I do that, I’m just curious if anybody else has had this issue and knows a possible fix?

Power button worn out causing it to turn its self back off?
Sounds like software glitch.
If you have a backup for all your Navdata, can try reformatting the Nav Directory. You should have a backup if sending the unit back to factory.
