    Bassmasters or Redcrest?

I am trying to decied which to go to. Coming from the Illinois so drive is about the same. Looking for what you think would be best for experence, safety and hotels. Seems like the hotels near convention in Birimgham have pretty bad reviews but seems all reviews online are onlt bad these days. I have been to the Classic last year and enjoyed seeing the MLF anglers since they were not fishing.

    Thansk!!!

I don't mean this as a bash but there is absolutely no contest in regards to the two Expos. It's the Classic by far.

Is the MLF expo worth it.

I can’t get to classic, but probably could get to a red Crest much easier

If that's the only one I could go to then I would go and have fun.

What about the areas around the expos, have you been to both?

I went to the red crest expo last year. It’s ok but the classic blows it out of the water.

Red crest might be great if you like avoiding crowds

The Classic all the way - it's like comparing Disney World to the swingsets down at your local park.

Crowds send me into a stress/anxiety frenzy, but even then I’d choose Classic over redcrest anyday

I'd be stoked to go to either event, but the Classic has set the standard for fishing super bowls.
Been fishin' since I was 5 years old...Thanks Grandpa!

I have been to 25 Classics and Expos. Have driven from NC to Chicago for one. The redbreast was 35 miles from my house and I didn’t even consider going

Whenever the Classic has been in Birmingham I've always gone to it. The Redcrest will be there this year and I'm not even considering going.
