    Looking for some measurements

I’d greatly appreciate some help with measurements, as my boat is in winter storage and I’m working on updating my new garage to accommodate it.

    I have a 2022 21 PHX with a bobs 12” plate and a Mercury 250 ProXS.

Could someone please Let me know the height between the bottom of the skeg and the ground when the motor is trimmed down with the plate all the way up. And, the height of the top of the motor from the ground in this same position?

im dealing with a small garage extension with floors that are not the same height. It’ll be worth it, but need to make sure I can make it work

I could give you measurements with a bob’s plate and a Yamaha.

I can’t get that measurement for you as I no longer have the boat. But I had a 21PHX. 12” Atlas hydraulic plate. Yamaha 250 SHO. And another important part of the equation, standard 14” wheels on the trailer. With the plate all the way up and engine tucked all the way in, trailer tongue down on level concrete floor the skeg cleared the floor by about 1/8” of an inch. Now have a 921Elite, Mercury and Bobs, 18” wheels and I have almost 7” between skeg and floor. The wheels make a huge difference

How high you have the bow cranked up or down will make a difference as well.

Appreciate the help. I’m going to have to rethink my plan, but I’ll be able to make it work based on these measurements. I have 18” wheels which sounds like it’ll give me the right clearance.
