rod sleeve recommendation for micro-guide rods

Half of my rods have the micro guides, the other half regular. I want to go with all rods sleeved due to the trouble I ahve removing from rod box - but I don't want to break the bank.

Any experience and recommendation, in particular with micro guides?

I have "The Rod Glove" on my rods with micro guides. I'm sure there are others just as good. No problems.

I use the Rod Glove "tournament series" ones, but I don't have rod tubes, if you have rod tubes, might want to use the original series.... the neoprene ones, don't go in rod tubes very easy. Make sure you use the coupon code, extreme25, for 25% off too!! https://therodglove.com/collections/...ing-rod-gloves

Make your own for $30 (will make 14-15) + some zip ties + some heat shrink tubing.

My micro guides still catch in the tighter weave ones. I'm down to one micro guide rod, and I'm just careful with it. If I had more of them I'd get the nylon type, non mesh, rod sleeves.

Several companies offer MG specific versions, Rod Glove is one as mentioned above. But I find the Lake Fork ones are the tightest weave and tighest fit compare to most others - I use them on all my single hook rods. Treble Hook Rods get the G-SOX with crankbait tube covers.

You can get them for about $1.50 to $2.50 each, completely finished, on Aliexpress.

Anything but the Chinese finger type as the guides will stick up between the weave and get stuck..............

Rod Warrior. Theres a few other companies making similar ones. The neoprene is far better than the weaved stuff.
