New to me 2005 Z21 Comanche

I just bought a new to me 2005 Z21 with a 250HP Evinrude Etec. I know The Evinrude is not the best engine but it's what I got. I knew the previous owner and I know that boat has been babied and not used more than 20 hours a year on the big engine. He mostly fished a small lake and mostly on his trolling motor.
I tried to get insurance on it today but they need the Model. I was told it could be a Ranger cup or FLW or Nascar or a D or S model. The registration has no indication other than Ranger Z21 Comanche. Does anyone know how to figure out which Model I have maybe using the HIN? I tried googling it and tried searching older threads but couldn't find any info.

I would contact Ranger with the numbers of the hull and trailer for the info.

Your Titles should have the VIN for boat, engine and trailer. Congrats on the boat!

Guessing the S or D is single or dual console. NASCAR would be in the boat somewhere. FLW and Ranger cup would be a certain color for that year.

I had one. It was a great boat pretty fast with 250 merc and Boger Prop ran 73.6 mph. I loved the boat. One of my favorites of many Rangers owned.

I had a 07 with the exact same colour's but with a Evinrude. Awesome rig. Loved the rail system. Wish they still had it available.

I would think that "Z21 Comanche" would qualify as the model. Like mine is a 205vx. If it were newer you would add an L or C or D.

Nice looking rig. Make sure you inspect the axle welds, sticky at the top under maintenance tips. Read the Trailer weld inspection and maintenance thread.

Its a great boat…here’s a shot of my 07.

That's a beautiful boat. I had an 07 Z21 that same color scheme, but with a Mercury. That was a dam good fishing platform.
