How do yall think our fall bass feeding pattern compares to the northern states ? Do you think our fish gorge to get fat for winter , or is it just another day for them since our temperatures dont fall as far as they do up north ?

I actually stumbled on an area this past Friday where they were definitely eating. Didn't move the boat and caught 15 within 10minutes.

The fish don't have a clue that it isn't as cold as the north. It is cold to them so I'd say they do the innate thing and gorge for the winter.

Cold and winter feeding is relative to where the bass live. Plus compared to South La, deep water for bass is very relative.
