    Lithium Battery Jump pack

I was thinking about asking Santa for a Booster/jumpstart pack for my boat. I have dakota lithiums and was curious if anyone has a certain one they really like or a certain size.

    thank ya!

You have a Dakota lithium cranking battery? Or you want your lithium auxiliary batteries to jump your traditional cranking battery?

I have a Monster Marine lithium jumper that has a ton of boost from boats to trucks. Compact and lightweight. Only had to use it once but it saved a dead truck battery.

I hate the Noco’s because they all seem to have a ghost draw and they are dead when you need them. I switched to the one from LithiumHub that mounts to the top of your battery and is always charged and ready. You can even engage it with Bluetooth. I have had/still have several Noco’s and they are great if and when charged. It’s a big IF though.

Depends on your required cranking amps. I just picked up a NOCO GBX45, which has 1250 amps, as the GB40 is right on the edge of not enough for the ProXS 250.

My first purchase was the GB 40 and it failed on 2 seperate occasions to start the 3.2 ltr 300 HP Mercury two stroke.
The GB 70 will start most anything.
As for a "ghost draw" I've never encountered that with either of my NoCo units and I've had them for about 7 years.

Mine sat a year inside my truck and was still around full charge. Started my neighbors tractor with it. I couldn’t use anything that is mounted. Too many offers uses!

In October, I purchased 4 GOOLOO GP2000s off Amazon for a really low price. The second week after I got them, a guy was stranded at the dock and needed a jump. He had a NOCO but it didn't have enough charge. He said he kept jumping his wife's motorcycle and forgot to charge it. I handed him mine and his 250 fired up in a matter of seconds. If the GOOLOO goes on sale this Monday I will be sure to buy a few more as gifts.

Maybe I just got some bad ones. One is completely dead and won’t even charge.

Same here ^. My GB40 has done multiple successful starts on a 4-stroke V8 Mercury, and every time I put it on the charger—after 3-6 months sitting idle—it shows full charge after a minute or two.
