    Spritzing a standing rib roast?

    I'll be grilling a 4 bone standing rib roast tomorrow on a gas grill. It weighs 9 lbs give or take. Does this size of meat require spritzing during the cooking process? I usually spritz poultry and pork. What say you folks with the experience in grilling this cut of beef?

    Normally they get done so quickly there’s no need to spritz them. In my opinion the most important thing is not to overcook them.
