I found this repair kit and am wondering if anyone has ever repaired one
and can instruct me as how to remove and replace the parts.

Curious about this....... I have one that will not adjust up/down at all. Wondering if this might fix that problem?
I called WM yesterday to ask if it comes with any instructions and it does not.
The pedistal cost new $228 Dollars from them. I have seen them a little cheaper
elsewhere. I'm trying to get some info on what it takes to repair mine
Before I dismantle it. Mostly because I enjoy fixing things.
