Which side of the boat do you prefer to fish out of?

I 've always prefered the port side.

Sacred Heart of Mary, pray for us now, and at the hour of our death. AMEN
O blood and water which gush forth from the heart of Jesus, have mercy on us
For the sake of his sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and the whole world

Being Right Handed, I prefer to fish off the Port side. This allows me more ease of movement as my path of casting is over the Bow, not over the Console. Plus there is less likelihood of accidently hitting my co-angler. AND, the Ideal co-angler should be LEFT handed, lol !!!

Port in the bow. Starboard in the back. I’m right handed, so sidearm casting is easier.

I spider rig for crappie a lot of the time, so both for me. However, when I take other people fishing, I tend to sit on the port side and let the other person play with Livescope pole installed on the starboard side.
