I'm not a sauce guy but I've used their original and it's good for an off the shelf sauce from a box store. I'm smoking two whole chickens today, checked Walmart and it shows in stock. I might run and get a bottle to put on one bird today.
Head Country, great stuff, originated and made and produced in the small town of Ponca City, Oklahoma.
People around here like it a lot.

That sounds awesome! May have to try some. Head Country brand is our fav. Sometimes we mix the original with Sweet Baby Ray's.

Head Country products are always good!
I like Head Country sauces,I'll have to try the Apple Habanero solo though as the wifes heat range is equal to ketchup.Sweet Baby Rays Honey Barbeque is another good sauce, but my all-time fav is Oklahoma Joe's
