    Movie Sequels that were better than the Original

    Most sequels dont match the original release.
    IMO Rocky 2 and Superman 2 are better than the original.
    What other sequels are better?

    I sort of prefer Godfather II to the original. I think the DeNiro parts showing the history of Vito Corleone and how the got started are very interesting. Both are 5 star movies.

    Agree! As much as a classic the original Vacation was, Christmas Vacation may be the greatest sequel ever. It rebounded from the worst sequel of all time(European) to the best!!!
