This was a disappointment when i saw that also?!
I had a 19 PHX with day box and wish I did not have it to have the extra room in the rod box. Now on the 919 Elite, I can store rods on both sides, very happy.
Was a selling point for me when I bought my 920 Elite, was a little disappointed not seeing one on the 919 Elite.

A 19 is too short for a day box. You would basically have 2 day boxes on the drivers side since rods would not work well in that sort of a rod box.
