Livewell Cable Switch

How easy/hard is it to rotate your livewell cable switch. Mine was always difficult being that it felt tight. Then it failed last week and now the cable end bent over.
Ordering a new one.

Mine is super easy...sometime I look under boat to make sure the plug is in..
Had another boat where it was a little tight to turn but not hard..

Best CS in the business. I’ve had no issue with the livewell switch so far.

I’ve had my drain plug cable break at the switch. I was sent a new cable. Then the plug actually bound up and I had to break it apart to get it out. Vexus sent me a new cable and plug. What I discovered while installing the new plug was that the hole in the boat was slightly to small and compressed the drain plug housing. I used a dremel and slightly enlarged the hole. Now the remote drain plug works perfectly.

Installed the new one and ready to go. All I need is a limit!

My livewell selector cable is almost impossible to move. I haven't messed with it to see what the issue is because I rarely keep any fish. I will have to investigate though as the water temps begin to drop and my wife gets a hankering for some fish.

Mark, you may be able to free it up by disconnecting it from both ends and mess with the cable. I think mine had a sharp turn in it having to do with the battery tray. I tried to straighten it out but it did not help. Then the end snapped.
If you have to replace it, let me know and I can give you the pro tips on pulling it through the conduit.
