I’ve got several. Sriracha is good for some stuff, Tabasco for others. Chalula works in other dishes. Always have Frank’s around. I try to match the sauce to the dish. Just because someone makes the hottest sauce around doesn’t make it good. I could make rabbit turd chili ‘edible’ with enough points on the Scoville scale.

On most things especially WINGS it has to be FRANKS. Also in Bloody Mary's ! ! !

    Second best is Tabasco

If your like me and Love Hot Dogs try this on them. Mustard then Relish then chopped Onions and finally Tabasco sauce. This is also good with Italian Sausage on a hot dog roll.

I like sriracha, but have a hard time finding it locally. Badia Habenero is good, nice heat but good flavor.

My wife and I love sriracha. Mexico has had a very poor jalapeño crop the last two years and it has put a hurtin on sales. Can’t hardly find it.

I think I like them all! Generally prefer ones with the fewest and most simple ingredients.

If I had to only have 1 for the rest of my life, Crystal would narrowly beat out Louisiana Hot Sauce.

813ZXOP8n7L._SL1500_.jpg Grace, Scotch Bonnet pepper sauce is my favorite. Very flavorful and perfect kick to it. Have not found any kind of food it does not go with.
