I use the small packets of crystallized lemon. It's called True Lemon. Walmart sells it here. Tastes just like you squeezed fresh lemon in your water.

I'll drink Propel if I need something when hot and sweaty. I don't really like plain water. I"ll drink it if there's nothing else, but prefer some flavor. I recently had to cut back on salt for a while and my grandkids introduced me to what they call squirt.....the little liguid flavor containers that you...squirt....in your water. I found some Kool-aid squirt, that stuff is pretty good. Aint had Kool-aid in years.

I completely agree. A big glass with lots of ice and water straight from the tap.

Celsius. No sugar or preservatives. No Phenylalanine. Has some vitamins, C, B6 and 12 in particular. But does have 200mg of caffiene for a kick.

I cut way back on the sodas and primarily drank sugar free drink mixes with water. I started having acid reflux issues, constantly clearing my throat from all that citric acid in those drink mixes. I believe the Mio has citric acid, along with all the ones that tastes good. You won't be doing your body any favors by constantly consuming citric acid. Basically the only healthy drink there is H20. As the late Jack LaLanne said, "if it tastes good, spit it out".

    I like DripDrop my self.
Also make my own. Water, lemon juice, sugar and a little salt.
Found a ratio that I like.
Been working outside all week. Water is my main
hydrator but sometimes I just want something with flavor.

To make water have a flavor there's usually artificial sweeteners involved, no thanks tap water is fine.
