Are the crush gaskets installed on that brass block? Those crush gaskets can be a bear sometimes if they aren't flat.

New to me . The previous “ blocks” were angled in a slight down position . The new ones were flat / level position, I tilted them as the old ones . Where do I text photos ?

Mine was leaking around the banjo bolts, Even after I replaced the banjo bolt, washers and connector block.
I had to use an impact wrench to stop it leaking. I think the copper washers are so hard that it takes an impact wrench to get enough compression to stop the leak.

Theses are new calipers. Took them off , used a torque wrench to set them at 33lbs .Put everything back on trailer . Will check them when & if this RAIN ever stops .

What's the difference between the speed bleeder and the stock bleeders? Still have to loosen them both to bleed, right? I did a dummy rushing to unload in the rain Sunday and pulled the breakaway cable. So will have to fix and bleed. Would be a time to change bleeders if there's an advantage.

The speed bleeders have an internal check valve that opens when you apply brake press during the bleeding and closes when you stop pumping the actuator. So you can do both actions alone.

So you don't have to "wrench" the fitting loose to bleed? Or loosen then the check valve eliminates sucking air back in.

You still have to turn the speed bleeder 1/4 to a 1/2 turn to open, but once that is done you just pump the system until all air is out, then simply close speed bleeder when finished. One man operation.

Sent the "speed bleeders " back. One was blocked or clogged , brake fluid would not pass through. The second one would not stop bleeding regardless of how many times it was turned .(junk)

All yah gotta do is make sure you got the tube submerged in a container of fluid and pump away. I seem to do best just using the MC to pump as opposed to the vacuum. Use both, but MC seems to work every time.

That's a new one!! Brakes should lockup with the plug disconnected. Do you have a manual lock out? Also, check your brake fluid to be sure it's full. No fluid, no brakes.

Try slightly uphill in reverse. I can get mine rolling on flat ground when locked out.
