I am been searching for Syntec 20oz carpet without success. I also looked to purchase from BassCat but they only sell 24oz and 28oz and I am not sure it will work well with the lids on my Intimidator. Where are you guys buying your 20oz carpet? I also plan to add padding to the decks (yes, even for the guy in the back). If you have any suggestions on pad I would appreciate the feedback.

When I do carpet in boats that need 20oz I use the carpet Ranger boats use for their aluminum boats. It’s a heavy 16oz that will work on your lids. I’ve put it in skeeters tritons pro crafts champions and a couple of sprints. Ranger sales by the yard which is 1’4”.

Rachford supply has the 16 oz. 16 is Not 20, there is a difference in thickness, side by side you can see it.
