2011 Ranger Z119/200SHO prop and setup suggestions

Any Z119 owners care to share their setup and speeds? Even setup with 225 SHO might help. Especially looking for prop2pad measurements.

My new-to-me 2011 Z119 is rated for a 200hp. Came with no jackplate, but in the shop now getting 8" Slidemaster installed.
Came with a 23M, and I have been running a 23p VMAX SHO T2. P2P measured 3.5" with no plate.
Speed with 23 SHO prop is 61 @5100 rpms. Light load and just me in it.

Need to get rpms up, and hopefully gain some speed with jackplate. Will make initial run at 3.5" to see effect of jackplate only.
Not sure how high these SHO motors are typically ran.

On a sidenote, I did run a 24 Fury 3 once. Ran 64 @ 5100. I didnt expect to turn enough rpms, but I was impressed with speed, handling and holeshot. Might be looking to try a 22 or 23 fury in the future.

    TIA

Still looking for some Z119 setups.
8" Slidemaster Jackplate now installed. Set at 3.5" bp initially.

    23 SHO VMAX T2 ran 62 @ 5200 rpm
    22 SHO VMAX T2 ran 61.8 @ 5500 rpm

Raised jackplate to 3.25" and 3" with no noticeable gains. Still had acceptable water psi at 3"

I'd like to be able to run 65ish, but maybe the 200 just won't push it there.

May be trying a couple Tempests soon.

Thanks mactlman. Seems like most of the 225 boats will run upper 60s from searching on here. Even that setup info can be helpful. The SHO and Ranger is new to me coming from a Basscat/Merc also.
And Ranger only had the 200 rated Z119s for a couple years. As I understand it, the 2012+ was rated 225.
Not sure the difference in hulls between my 2011 and your 2022.

I havent asked on the prop and setup forums yet. Thought I might have a better shot finding a similar rig on the Ranger board. I've now run 6 props on this boat, from a 25p Signature 3-blade (VMAX clone), 22p T1, 22p T2, 23p T2, 24 Fury and a 23M. All ran 61-62 except the Fury ran 64 at only 5100 rpm. I need to get rpms up to about 5800, but even the 22p Yamaha SHO props turn only 5500. I've verified throttle is fully opening. I don't have poles or a bunch of excess weight. Running one 31 AGM and 3 Group 27 batteries so no funky lithium setup.
I'm no stranger to setting up a boat, but this one has me a little perplexed.

Have you considered having your engine flashed? Have you had your engine checked out to make sure all six are working properly?

I have considered taking it to Nixa, Mo for a checkover and makeover . Runs strong out of the hole. Accelerates up to 45-50 quickly, then just kind of flattens out.
