    Woodstock 99

Any of you fellas there? Just watched a documentary on it and it seemed wild.

My older brother went to the original in 69. They hitchhiked from Nebraska. My parents totally freaked on him when he got back.

    FYI-

TurnerClassics is airing "MontereyPop" 1967 (Hendrix et al.) @02:15 and then Bob Dylans "Don't Look Back" 1965 British Tour w/Joan Baez and Donovan @03:45

I used to think that was what they had in Zephyrhills years back. But searching, I guess it used to be Livestock in Zephyrhills. Used to have guys come on the Construction jobs showing pictures of all the wild women.

That Woodstock 99 documentary is incredible! The promoters put their own interests first at the expense of the concert goers.

99 is when the fire happened, right? They all the mud fights and stuff.. but the fire was bad.. I think it was limp Bizkit or stained playing.. I wasn’t there but I remember it.. I’ve seen the documentary but not in years..

That documentary was great. The air base is only 30min from where we live and actually on the way to one of my fav lakes. I was only 8yo when it happened so obviously I didn’t go, but I remember hearing from people in the area about their experiences with it. Sounds like the documentary was accurate but toned down the fighting and sexual harassment of what actually was going on

It was limp bizkit, and the documentary the OP is talking about is Trainwreck on Netflix which came out less than a year ago

I'm going to have to re-watch it now. The one about the huge party on the private island that was a total disaster was a good watch also.

Didn't the Korn set really hype up the crowd and Lomp Bizkit push it over the edge? Seems like Korn "Blind" and Lomp Bizkit "Break Suff" have the major reactions?
