    Navionics Plat card Not activated

    I renewed my Nav Platimum East card, bought from navionics via my account. Received it day before St Claire trip. Now I am here and says its not activated and thus my advanced features are not usable. Card still works (just like my old one). What can I do? Reportedly all cards bought from Navionics ship activated. Help much appreciated.

    Do an update on the Navionics website to the card, you may have to register it first which might be the issue.
