Looks like a whole line of brushless to me. I wonder how long the “cheap” old line will be available. Thanks for posting. Bob

So $3999 for the 45" model? Doesn't seem too awfully bad compared to the others.

That's with the SI transducer also I believe. When I looked this morning I thought it was 3699 with standard transducer and didn't see a no transducer option.

The bigger question is when they are available.

I don’t see any cord management like their competitors. Big fail in my book.

Must not be or surely it would be an advertised selling point since they already have the heaviest 36 volt out there.

They keep saying they beefed it up, they needed to due to all the other components built to hang off of it. I think it looks heavier, not lighter.

I couldn't agree more with this statement!
Those nylon cord sleeved cables are a pain in the rear and require replacement after cycles of use as they rip.

Images on their website show the pivot point still riding on 2" diameter with nylon/plastic bushings.
They did change the countersink torque head to socket head screws though.

-Guess, better late than never to the brushless trolling motors.
Hopefully, the motor housing leakage issue is resolved with these brushless motors.

They want to pile up some orders before they are released. BPS will more than likely get the first big shipment. Time will tell. JMO Bob

Actually when Megalive was released there was a lot of smaller dealers got them before BPS did. Doesn't guarantee that's how it will go this time.

After a little research trying to find out if the legacy Ultrex has the same deck bolt pattern as the Quest, I failed to find a definitive answer. But I can tell you the new mounting bolts are larger, 5/16” opposed to the current Ultrex, 1/4”. Apparently the Quest will have a wider footprint.
