I heard from more than a few guys they seen some growing. Any truth to that?

There is a lot of grass on the main lake, some visible some not. It will probably take a few years for the fish population to rebound though. The little fish need all the cover they can get to hide from the stripers and yellow bass the DNR keeps dumping in there.

Friend of mine fished Patoka with 2 others,,, for walleye 2 Saturdays ago.. from 5 am to 10 and put 15 keepers in the boat with largest 6.8 lbs.
Walleye is ok but hybrids?? thanks DNR for pleasing the 42 guys in the state that fish for stripers
My boy caught a 4lb striper Saturday, he thought it was fun but wished it was a green fish.
I was just there, our fine DNR sprayed the grass, all of it!
I would like to see pictures or video or some other evidence of the DNR spraying the grass at Patoka. Its hard for me to believe the DNR would go to any effort or expense to do anything like that.
