Etec 150 Ground Wires

I pulled the starboard cowling for the first time and found 2 broken ground wires. Can anyone tell me part numbers and where they go? I see 3 bolts, can't figure out where the 4th attachment point is. I've been thru the parts diagrams and have not found them.

0584136 Is the part number.
There are 3 connections. The steering arm, the stern bracket and the midsection.
the purpose is to bond those components for protection by the anodes.

Thank you sir. I found it now on the swivel bracket diagram. Part number description with the diagram says "FIL, masse". Is that French? Everything else on the page is in English.

Look at www.marineengine.com its in English. BRP right now is about as screwed up as a Football bat.

Yes it is French. The EV catalog have several translation errors between French and English.

It is now a discontinued part but they were able to locate one in Michigan. Makes me wonder how many other parts are now discontinued.
