No fire 99 175 ocean pro

I believe port bottom cylinder is not firing. When I remove plug wires for all other cylinders audible change in rpm and stumble. I swapped plugs/cables and a coil and still that cylinder had no impact on RPM. Motor sounds like it’s a cyl down and ran weird today on the water. Plug is wet so I believe it’s Atleast getting fuel/oil. It has what looks like good spark I tested it jumping to the head. Compression test done and left for 10mins held right @88 psi. Thought of swapping a carb to see if it follows the carb? Any insight would be appreciated.

I've got a 1992 150 HP and the no spark on bottom left was my power pack. I moved coils and it did not follow the coil. Replaced the power pack worked so far

I had spark and what looked to be good spark, I got a gap tester I guess I’m going to test the jump. If it s not that it has to be fuel or air but I’d be confused as all heck because I rebuilt the carbs not long ago
