With todays high boat prices I'd like to see some of the older boats that some of us still have. Mine is a 05 stratos that still cleans up nice. Screenshot_20230511-170405_Gallery.jpg

05 ain’t old….. Here’s my 87
I gotta admit that an older rig still in really good shape will turn my head way faster than a brand new one. To this day one of the prettiest older rigs I've ever seen was a Hydrasports in showroom condition. Was green with silver stripes.

Treat others like you want to be treated when on the water EVEN WHEN IN A TOURNAMENT! No fish is worth having a confrontation because you cut someone off or came in on top of someone.

1995 and in better shape than some 5yo boats I’ve been in. Bought the boat 4years ago from the original owners (friends dad). Original carpet, and trim too

VERY nice rigs!
I truly believe most brands had the best hull designs sometime between 2000-2010.

I saw a real old rig being towed by a Chrysler Sebring today. I wish I had gotten a picture to post.
Here is the first bass boat trivia-

I think those late 80s early 90s boats are the lookers.

1993 481v. It’s kind of a Frankenstein. It was a turd when we bought it last year. New carpet, latches, pumps, electronics and trolling motor. We ditched the original trailer for a ‘97 model and reworked the fenders then painted. It’s a ‘95 Merc that came off a donor boat. Yea, it was work. But, there’s something about bringing these older boats back to life. It puts a smile on your face when you can look at it and say we’re done, let’s go fishing!
