Has anyone changed the wheels on their older Triton trailer just to spruce it up? If so, I would love to see some pictures. My boat is a 2007 TR196 and it has the standard OEM wheels. Just wondering how it would look with some newer wheels. Thanks

I have a 07 21X, mine has 14" aluminum wheels. I think they are pretty sharp. I'm not sure what would have been on a 196, however, I'm not sure what I have are the originals either. The key to updating the wheel and tire package is the overall height of the tires, wheel width and backspacing. The diameter of the wheel matters the least when it comes to fitment, that's all aesthetics.
I'm getting new tires on mine today after finding a screw and a pretty fast leak. The tires were fairly new, but cheap ones. I'm doing all 4 with Goodyear's, I didn't even think about a wheel change.
