    I agree. Gary was a killer guitar player! I saw them live several times.

    I love hearing of some of the ole' bands that I have forgotten, but if we were to turn the tide to ONE HIT WONDERS, nobody could hold a candle to Don McLean and American Pie. I could listen to that song every day of the year, twice. I apologize for diverting this thread. Carry on with the best bands of the 70's.....
