Well, if you thought TW was bad; Karls is worse. Placed an order for a single bait they had in stock Monday afternoon, with overnight shipping(stating it would be here friday). Wednesday at 1545 central I finally received shipping confirmation. As of this evening, shipping info has still not reflected via their tracker and I'm showing "no estimated delivery".
They don't do over the phone customer service. Only live chat, SMS, and email. None of which I've been able to get ahold of anyone regarding my order/refund for "overnight" shipping. 0/10 won't use karls again, the googans got me.
